Sweet Cheeks / New Moon Packaging Is Recyclable Product labels are made of paper and can be passed along to someone else when you’re done with them (as you would a business card), or can be recycled or composted. Cardboard, kraft mailers or tear resistant poly mailers are used for shipping and are all recyclable. Canada & US Shipping is free on orders over $40 $7.99 flat rate on orders under $40 Timeline: Approximately 7-14 days (though shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and APO destinations can take a longer timeline due to their geographical location) Small Packet Surface (US) or Expedited (all Canadian packages and US packages over 1 kg) International (Via Air) Based on weight (see bottom of page). Up to 250 gm = $7.99 (discounted) 250 gm to 500 gm = $19.49 500 gm to 1 kg = $38.49 Over 1 kg please contact me for shipping quote. Shipping charges at checkout are based on the Canada/US rates so a separate invoice will be emailed to international customers for the top-up to international shipping rates. Timeline: Approximately 14-28 days (though some destinations such as Australia and New Zealand can take a longer timeline due to their geographical location) Small Packet Air or Parcel Air These are guidelines and not guaranteed timelines as sometimes delays can occur which are beyond my control once a shipment is in the hands of the postal service. Delays can occur due to border security (for international orders) and many other variables dependent on the postal service. International orders can, and sometimes do, take a longer shipping timeline if there are customs delays. It has happened where an international air parcel has taken up to 6 weeks to arrive, though this is rare and usually the 7-28 days is the average timeline. Tracking numbers are available to all Canadian orders over 200 grams, all US orders over 1 kg and all international orders over 2 kg. US orders under 1 kg and international orders under 2 kg are shipped as "Small Packet" and tracking numbers are not available for these smaller orders. Shipping Days I ship every day (excluding weekends, holidays and stats). All orders are shipped out within 2-3 business days of receipt of payment (though I’m usually pretty quick and most orders go out in the very next outgoing shipping). If your order will take longer than 2-3 business days to ship out, I will notify you of the delay. Insurance If you would like to have your order insured (insurance is at customer’s cost) please let me know and I will be happy to arrange that for you (you will be invoiced separately for the insurance). I am not responsible for uninsured packages once they have left my shipping department and have been turned over to Canada Post. How to Save the Most on International Shipping To get the best value for international orders, if you keep your order under $40 you can save on customs/duty fees. Most countries don’t charge duty on orders under $40 (US is $200). It usually works out cheaper (sometimes MUCH cheaper, depending on your country’s duty and VAT fees) to pay the extra shipping on multiple small orders than to end up paying customs fees on large orders. Flat rate shipping on international orders under $40 is just $7.99. Sales Tax for Canadian Customers Canadian orders will have 5% GST added at checkout. No taxes to customers outside of Canada.
