Shipping Days I ship every day, excluding stats, holidays and weekends. Orders are shipped out the same or next business day (depending on what time of day your order is received) and you will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order has been processed through shipping. If for some reason your order will take longer than 1 business day to ship out, I will notify you of the delay. Holiday Shipping Schedule The postal service will not be doing regular pickup on the following week days due to the holidays: Friday Dec 24th Monday Dec 27th Tuesday Dec 28th Friday Dec 31st Monday Jan 3rd Canada & US Shipping Timeline Approximately 7-14 days (though shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and APO destinations can take a longer timeline due to their geographical location) Small Packet Surface (US) or Expedited (all Canadian packages and US packages over 1 kg) International Shipping Timeline Approximately 14-28 days (though some destinations such as Australia and New Zealand can take a longer timeline due to their geographical location) Small Packet Air or Parcel Air These are guidelines and not guaranteed timelines as sometimes delays can occur which are beyond my control once a shipment is in the hands of the postal service. Delays can occur due to border security (for international orders) and many other variables dependent on the postal service. International orders can, and sometimes do, take a longer shipping timeline if there are customs delays. It has happened where an international air parcel has taken up to 6 weeks to arrive, though this is rare and usually the 7-28 days is the average timeline. Tracking numbers are available to all Canadian orders over 200 grams, all US orders over 1 kg and all international orders over 2 kg. US orders under 1 kg and international orders under 2 kg are shipped as "Small Packet" and tracking numbers are not available for these smaller orders. Insurance If you would like to have your order insured please let me know and I will be happy to arrange that for you. You will be billed separately for the insurance. Sales Tax for Canadian Customers No matter where you’re located in Canada, Canadian orders only pay 5% sales tax.
