THE REMOVABLE LINER SYSTEM

SWEET CHEEKS diapers work on a removable liner system (instead of having the liner sewn between the shell layers, it's separate) which means you get to customize your diapers and control the absorbency based on your baby's needs!  You control how thick (or trim) and where the liner is placed (further up front for a boy, more centered for a girl).  At time of purchase, each diaper shell (two layers) comes with one removable 4 1/2" x 12" washable liner (four layers) for a total of six layers of soft absorbent flannel.  Toddler diapers come with toddler liners (a BIG 4 1/2" x 15").  Extra liners will be needed once the baby reaches approximately 6 weeks old (or if you are purchasing the toddler size).  The diapers are designed to accommodate multiple liners and there several different liner styles to choose from (check out the doublers on the liners page...sooo soft...and placing the fleece side up against baby's skin helps keep baby's bottom dry to reduce diaper rash).  Toddler diapers are trimmed with colored stitching to distinguish between sizes at a glance.  Waterproof diaper cover needed.  Because of the removable liner system, these diapers wash very thoroughly, take less time in the dryer, and line dry beautifully.  100% quality cotton flannel.  White only.

PLEASE NOTE:  If you are purchasing used SWEET CHEEKS diapers through ebay or another outlet, please be sure to ask if the original liner is with it, as it is part of the original diaper.  I never sell just the diaper shell on it's own, it always comes with a liner included.  If it is not included, you are only getting the 2 layer shell which is not a full SWEET CHEEKS diaper.

Any 100% cotton fabric will need 2-3 washings to reach full absorbency potential

FOLD BACK TABS

I don't make fold back tabs for my diapers as these face the baby and are a potential for irritation.  Instead, I suggest you close the diaper at it's largest position  before laundering (works the same as tabs to avoid "diaper chains" but with no chance of irritation to baby's sensitive skin).  Your baby's comfort is a priority at SWEET CHEEKS!

TO FOLD DIAPERS SMALLER:

Place diaper with long velcro closest to you and inside of diaper facing up.  Place liner to very back.  Fold long velcro to inside of diaper along bottom edge of velcro, fold back again the width of velcro to front of diaper (accordion style).  Also, you can decrease the bulk between a small baby's legs by folding the liner in half lengthwise.
